Sky Q box won’t turn on

Hi all, my sky box every single day goes into standby at random times of the day and won't turn on again. Today it's 9am, two days ago it was the middle of the day. My eco settings are NONE and have tried all obvious solutions like changing it, changing it back to none and confirming changes. Any help appreciated!

Thanks for that, although the link won't load on my phone, just comes up with a list of topics again saying I already have an order in progress
