Sky Q Mini box freezing

Hi. My Sky Q mini box keeps freezing. I've tried rebooting the box, rebooting the main Sky q box and the broadband router but the problem persists. Have you any advice on what to do next?

@Richard1709 the most likely issue is a marginal wifi connection. You can try moving the Q mini so it can get a better signal particularly if it it is under or behind the. TV or other kit. 

 

If that doesnt help then give Sky a call,as they will either offer to send a wifi booster or arrange an engineer to come out. If they do send you a booster it should be installed halfway between the Q Mini and the main Q box (or the Sky hub if that is closer and you have Sky broadband)

@Richard1709 Ring them. There are inevitably waiting times but best time to ring is just after 7am or about 9pm when the lines are quieter. If you have Sky Talk or a Sky mobile dial 150 (free). Stay on the line as long as possible. Don't hang up if prompted an if asked reason for ringing say 'technical'.

Hi @Richard1709  At the bottom of this page there is a link labelled "Contact Us" if you click on it and follow the links you should find the contact number.
