Good morning everyone. We have a main Sky Q box in our lounge & one Sky Q Mini in our bedroom. Both have been faultless since we purchased them. But just recently, our Sky Q Mini has started giving the "no network available" message when switching it on? Nothing has been changed in our home that could affect this. The strange thing is, if we switch our downstairs TV & Sky q box oot of standby, the Sky Q Mini in the bedroom then works just fine??? Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Hi @Gunner1234 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, then do the same with the Mini box?
