Yeah same for me, almost useless, and also volume levels are really low need to turn up tv to almost max levels if im listening to live music etc, seriusly considering going back to sky Q

Hi 

I have cancelled SkyGlass as inferior quality viewing especially if watching from the side & not head on. Too many bugs & poor value for money. Lack of information as to when problems will be fixed.

SkyQ far better value & maintenance free where as if  SkyGlass goes wrong we would foot the bill.

Inability to haggle on prices as SkyGlass prices are non negotiable.

A no brainer returning to SkyQ

I can't comment much on the puck as haven't used it much yet. But I have found streaming sky content such as curb your enthusiasm the picture will slow down but the audio stays the same followed by the picture playing quickly and catching up. Definitely not my connection. Also last night the box wouldn't turn even pulling the power it would come up sky and then nothing. Ended up holding down power and got a flashing light it updated but needed setting up completely again.

Returned the whole lot! Now delighted I'm back on the SkyQ package once more. Much more reliable & I've purchased a top quality TV which is far better than Sky Glass😊
