I totally agree it discourages me as well to turn on a sky channel even though i am paying for it.
Itv don't play such a bloody stupid song 3 times every advert.
Please stop or i'l change to virgin.

I do the mute button as soon as a program has finished so i don't even watch the adverts anymore, so sky are really failing the people who are trying to sell their products too lol

Exactly Mark, Why should we mute? We pay for the service and song just goes on and on every bloody advert.

Not only is the Sky Mobile ad really annoying but the Sky Cinema is even worse. Just watched a programme and that really, really annoying ad came on 5 times during the break. Once at the start and again at the end of the ads every bloody time. Driving me insane.

Some of us are disabled and it takes a bit of effort to pick up the remote and by the time you try to fast forward it is too late. Seems as though Sky is trying to drive people insane for some reason. I have put in a complaint and if I do not get a decent reply then my contracts up so bye bye Sky

If you do cancel Sky, who would you go with? You just have to learn to live with the ads. Even if you moved to Virgin, you'd still get the same ads.
It used to be TUI ads that were like this and complained about. Someday the Sky Mobile ad will be gone and a different ad in its place to complain about.
I'm sorry you have difficulty with the remote. I don't know if this will help, but Sky have an accessability remote fgor Sky Q. It's a Sky+ remote made to work with Sky Q. You can get one for free from Sky.

Is that really your concern?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@GuybrushThreepw It's not a matter of concern. I think @LGUser was merely pointing out that whichever provider is chosen there are very likely to be advents, including adverts for Sky products.
