Do all Sky Mini boxes support Bluetooth remotes? I had my Sky Q and Mini box installed in 2018. I wanted to store my Mini box away out of site so purchased a Bluetooth remote. However, I can't get it to pair with the Mini box. I've tried the box reset (0 0 1 Select), I've reset the remote (7 and 9) and then tried to pair and it keeps saying 'Setup Unsuccessful' and to try again. It's a brand new Bluetoth remote with new batteries. Any further advice would be welcome. Thanks.

You do need line of sight to initially pair the remote though.
When you reset the remote did you press the 7 & 9 until the LED flashed four times ?

Hi. Thank you for your responses and assistance. Yes, I did press 7 and 9 and kept pressed until the remote light flashed 4 times and did have the remote right next to the front of the Sky Mini box when pressing 1 and 3 to pair.
I have an update to my issue following some further investigative work last night. I found that I could not pair my new remote to my main Sky Q box either and additionally I could pair my main Sky Q box remote to the Mini so the issue appears to be with the remote. It's definitely supposed to be a Bluetooth remote as it has the voice control button. The remote was a Christmas present in preparation for the work I'm trying to do now and I have discovered it is a Sky CP remote from Amazon that may we'll have been a rip-off and may be an IR remote in a Bluetooth case - buyers beware.. I have therefore ordered a genuine Sky remote from Amazon and will see how that goes.
