Sky Q mini box keeps switching off looks like a software issue any ideas how to fix it

My Sky Q mini box keeps going off and rebooting tonight looks like a software issue  not sure if it was happening today as I was out 

 any ideas how to fix it

@LDO03 any box that reboots on its own sounds to have an issue if it continues and these steps dont help give Sky a call to get it swapped out see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-box-not-working#need-a-hand
