Re: Sky Internet Call Set Up
@ahigginsHave the filter in the wall, connect the two purple ends, one in the filter and one goes to the router. The phone plugs into the router in the UK plug on the back of the router.

@ahiggins plug one end of the cable that came with your Hub into your master phone socket after removing the microfilter. Plug the other end into the purple socket at the back of the Hub. The cable has a standard telephone plug at one end and a squarish RJ11 plug at the other.
Plug the cable that came with your phone into the socket marked UK at the back of the Hub.

Re: Sky Internet Call Set Up
Thank you.
Please see photos attached.
If I remove the microfilter the purple lead will not fit into the master socket.

Re: Sky Internet Call Set Up
@ahigginsLooking at the socket set up you have with your master socket, which one do you have from the link below.

Re: Sky Internet Call Set Up
OK, ignoring the phone connection for the moment, if you plug the purple end unto the microfilter, do you have a green internet light on the Hub (it may take several minutes to go green if the cable has been disconnected)?

Re: Sky Internet Call Set Up
Thank you
yea I followed all the steps. I think there is a lead missing.
there is simply no lead to connect the UK on the back of the hub.
Use the cable that came with your phone - we don't send these with your hub.

In your original picture you had a lead plugged in the microfilter which had a white plug on it, where has that lead gone?

Re: Sky Internet Call Set Up
@ahigginsYou plug in the one that you have in the filter just now that is your normal phone plug that goes into the back of the router.

That's right - Sky don't need to send you one of these, because, if your phone was previously connected, you've already got one.
Most likely that would be the cable that you previously had plugged into the microfilter's phone socket, as @GD1 is alluding to.
