Re: Sky HDR

Darn, I was worried this might happen, same here. Looks like the link expired, probably cobbled together using some dodgy email marketing software, not anticipating people might sit on their email for a while.

I was waiting for things to settle down, v3 boxes to become standard and most importantly to have my other half watch her recordings!

Clearly no one anticipated that...

Re: Sky HDR

I keep coming back to this post for some light comic relief, oracles & now sky staff never fail to disappoint.

You couldn't have scripted this any better😄

Tom....

Sky want us to believe in better
BELIEVE =accept that (something) is true, especially without proof.
BETTER = of a higher standard, or more suitable, pleasing, or effective than other things or people:

Sky Q & 2 mini’s
SR203 router. > Replaced with ASUS XT9’s with a TP-Link TD-W9970 modem
Sky superfast 80/20 :sort of, 63-75/15. Devolo 1200 wifi > Replaced with cat 6
Sony KDAF8 65 oled.

Re: Sky HDR

@Quark

I received my box in the last week and all is OK.

As some are now reporting that the webpage with the link

requesting a box is just sending you to a Sky page, I thought

I would test it and it seems to behave as before:- ie "noted request,

no need to do anymore" message came up. Whether it will work

is a different matter!

Re: Sky HDR

With the email link no longer working, is it worth re-registering in the hope of receiving another email or wait for the solution that doesn't require the email ?

Re: Sky HDR

i wish sky would hurry up and upload Bulletproof Series 1, Brassic Series 1, Code 404 Series 1, Curfew Series 1, You, Me and the Apocalypse Series 1, and movies in HDR

Re: Sky HDR

You will be waiting a very long time for series 1 of Brassic,Bulletproof,Code 404 and Curfew in HDR as they were not filmed using HDR equipment.

Movies are coming soon and there is lots more HDR content coming before the end of the year. I was expecting the new series of Riviera to be in HDR but this seems to have been delayed as has the release of series 2 in HDR

Re: Sky HDR

From the recent press release.:-

There’s even more HDR to come, as we add Sky Originals: Patrick MelroseCode 404 in HDR later this month....

So Code 404 will be available.
