Only just signed up to sky and was told i could use the Sky go app straight away. When i try to watch anything, (live, catch up or box sets) i get Error:0000 or Error [400]. Is there a period of time before it becomes active?
I've tried restarting the app on different devices and it doesn't change.

So I've left it nearly 48 hours. Sky Go still doesn't work, I get Error [400] on everything.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhat I have done is to escalate your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
