Sky Go On Apple iPad

i cannot log into my account on my sky go app on my apple ipad ... i do not use sky go on any other device

 

i keep getting an error message which says ''due to a technical fault, this channel is not available'' ... i haven't even selected a channel to watch as i can't log in to start with

 

i have uninstalled/reinstalled/restarted/changed password etc etc. ... nothing works

 

my sky subscription has not changed - i pay a lot of money to use this service, not good enough

 

help - please?

After speaking to the customer we have advised to unlink email address from old account and link account with email address....the link below provides steps on how to do this. It was nice speaking to you and thank you for escalating.
