Sky Go app

I am currently about 8 miles away from home isolating with Covid.  I have the full sky Q package but an unable to view anything, live TV, recordings.  I cannot even access my downloads.  Can anyone advise please? Thanks

As you are not at home and connected to your Sky Q box you will not be able to view your recordings from the box as you have to be on the same internet connection to be able to do this,

 

For everything else to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
