Hi

Hoping the community can help me?

I have been able to install the app on my phone and kindle however it is not working on my laptop . It is HP laptop running windows 10. When I double click on arrow nothing happens. Unlike my phone and kindle when it opens home page for me to log in . Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried rebooting your laptop then giving it ago by clicking on the Sky Go shortcut that should be somewhere on your desktop ?
