Having used SkyGo MANY times on the PC I writing on, today it won't get to the stage of playing either downloaded content, live tv or stuff from the sky box.
It will play the adverts so the display part is fine but as soon as the actual show is about to start it just brings up the error message.
There is another post I've read referring to discord and/or a graphics accelerator - neither of which I use.
I have done the obvious first few things:
- restarted
- completely deleted and reinstalled the app
- restarted again (and checked for anything that looks remotely like a snipping or video tool is turned off in the processes).
As above - working absolutely fine a few days ago - now not. Have not downloaded anything apart from the odd PDF in that time.
Help!
