Sky glass menu not working

we are having the same issue, turned tv on an off an internet, still not working, ask for sky Guide that comes up but have no sound on tv!

Same problem reported up and down the country.

Try using the voice control to go to a channel.

Not ideal, but at least you can watch something.

I wish Sky would reply to one of these posts instead of locking and moving them.

if you use the voice control the TV works, just seems to e the homepage that isnt working.

It's like the home button has been reset to sky cinema

Use voice control and say apps, it should have the HDMI selection underneath

Same here, I did get the tv guide by using the voice control and saying "TV Guide"

We are having the same problem here! I used the Mic and said "tv guide, bbc iplayer" etc & it worked but I am still unable to get to the Home Screen.

Same problem for me.. Feel a little reassured that its many Sky Glass users that have the same problem . Sure Sky will fix it soon. Or will they ? : )

At least I'm not alone!

 I'm new to Sky (and Sky Glass) abs so far not impressed. Especially when you check service and it says there is no problem! This thread says there definitely IS.

Hi I just turned my Skyglass on today and get a blue  screen with the message

 currently there are no programmes of this type available. Turned off at the wall, restarted and it's the same. How do I fix this please? Any ideas?

I've the same, tried the magic power off at the wall in the hope it would work and no joy! 

voice command works to get the channel you want though but definitely not ideal!
