Only getting A-Z sky cinema on sky glass

Same here, but with the Stream box. I would have to say that, in general, I'm really happy with the service. Glitches in software etc happen. I just hope they can get it fixed soon!

Im getting the odd selection of movies too. Not the best morning when you have a 5YO that likes his morning cartoons. Doesnt seem to want to watch The Northman or Chicago for some reason

I am having the same issue. 

Turned off followed all the advice but didn't resolve. 

It isn't listening to voice commands either!

You can you the mic voice control to choose a channel but no home button menu

Exactly the same issue with all four of our Sky Stream Pucks - we don't have Sky Glass

usinf the voice control on the remote gets you round though.

Significant - seemingly national - fault @Sky ... this product needs some serious investment folks.

Same here in Suffolk ... relieved not just me... thanks for all tips and hopefully be back up soon. I have had no issues with my Glass and love it (apart from the F1 debacle!)

Switched tv on this morning and have a blue screen and I have tried everything  

I can use voice to get a channel and flashing pictures will

come up but cannot get to main menu. 
the remote I've also loaded again several times and now it won't switch off tv after saying it does. This is doing my head in and not the first time I've had bother. I'll be changing my provider as soon as I can

I have an on screen message on my sky puck saying sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available. I have tried everything they have suggested.

Hi, if you press mic button and ask for a channel of your choice it gets round the streaming issue. Good luck.

Factory resetting didn't help me but the speech function does get you around. Until the service is fixed or rebooted 🙂
