I have the same problem in Wiltshire - getting flash cards for programs but no access to any tv channels

It seems there are plenty of people being affected by this current problem, my Home Page is only displaying the Sky Movies menu. You can still access the TV guide by using voice control and scrolling up and down through the channels using the up and fown buttons. It looks like nobody at Sky is out of bed yet as there's been no response to this topic on here so far.

Try using the voice control on your remote , not a full fix but you can get access to the tv guide .

I am having this issue on my puck TV tried main Sky Glass TV and says no Internet but this is fine on all other devices, obviously something gone skew iff at Sky end, well back to Google 😂

@skyidname try using voice search/control which is still working for me and loads of other until Sky fix the fault.

Press the mic button and speak into the remote to a channel of choice and that seems to get round the problem. Good luck.

Sam here, stuck on Sky Cinema and can only access via Voice Control.  Getting fed up with Sky Glass problems they really need to sort these idiosyncrocies out now!

Same issue here. The screensaver has loaded but nothing else. Have reset at the wall twice.

I am having a blank blue screen, I tried to re boot and no joy, hope it gets sorted !
