Why is my sky glass stuck on sky cinema? I've changed the batteries in my remote, tried resetting the tv but still not working?

That's the only flaw I am seeinging with the TV, I don't mind switching my contract to a Sky Q and having another TV I can use if the internet or service goes down.

@Kezian76 voice search is reported as working for many people so it could be your remote if so use text sesrch by pressing the ... button.

If you use the remote speech you can navigate anywhere just by saying the app you want etc

I'm having same problem. I used the microphone to choose a channel. Currently watching ITV but can't get on TV guide

You clearly have no idea how systems work, this is what I do for a living and yes stuff breaks but you always test before applying updates if is a hardware or software problem with the backend they should be on it and posting that there is a problem! Customer focus has slipped which makes a very good system a bit flakey!
