Sky glass has crassed, it wont show any options, just shows A-z of sky,

Mine is stuck too.. tried the reboot but still the same.. im just glad I can use the voice command.. Sort it out sky..

Same here - turned tv on this morning and all I'm getting is a-z of sky cinema when I press the home button. Can use voice control like others have said but not good enough! Sky need to sort ASAP! Hopefully they're already on the case 🤦🏽‍♀️

My sky stream is 2 weeks old.

suddenly my Home and Back buttons in remote stopped working.

I have moticed that voice control works only.

been working flawlessy since I got Sky 2 weeks back.

on switching on and resetting puck (and de-cabling etc), it opens up at the same 'Sky Cinema'.

Same issue here, I managed to get onto Netflix by searching a programme on there now able to use Netflix at least! No moaning kids this morning at least

I can access TV guide through voice however even after watching a program, Home page is still only showing Sky cinema! Has anyone received how to resolve this from sky?

Really not good enough. Always problems with Sky Glass or the remote. What are we continuing to pay for? More bugs? More time not being able to use a product we work hard to pay for!! Fed up with it.

We are having the same problem, but saying the channel we want to watch seems to have worked 

Although still same issue if we then go back to the home screen
