Me too. I so wish I hadn't gone to Glass! I had a spell before Christmas and it was down for 7 days! Useless

There's currently a widespread issue with Glass/Stream. Clearly it's a problem with Sky's backend and we're all at the mercy of the tech dude there eventually waking up and realising the system is currently dead. 

Voice control is functional, as a temporary workaround.

I'm having the same issues too. It's so weird. Hope sky hurry up and sort it.

Yeah, I recognise that. Just wanted to add my voice to the problem.  I just tried going through the assistant to try to get an answer on how long this is going to take to fix .... yeah that was a waste of time, their help system just goes around in a loop.

It's a system wide problem which seems to be affecting everyone. You can use voice control to bring up the tv guide or any of your streaming apps to find shows

I have the same issue , but I can select a station using voice control.

I'm getting the same thing, Turned it on and off but its stuck on the sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available
