Sky Glass Order Failing

Over 10 weeks now since my Sky Glass was "ordered" and still even after numerous phone calls the order process either fails when I do through the App or online. When talking on the phone the credit agreement never gets sent.

Frustrated is the bare minimum I can express at the moment as now rather than ordering Glass I am considering leaving Sky all together as nobody seems able to fix the issue with my account

@mturnbri   Take it as a sign that you have dodged a bullet, trust me you don't want glass, it's unreliable and buggy.

I second this. 

For the price of 850 for the 55 you could grab a u8gq for 550. The Sony x90j for 650. Leaving a good budget also for a soundbar. 

or add another 100 and grab a oled.
