Completed moving back to Q after 30+ on Glass

I have made it back on to Q and returned Glass with Sky cancelling the credit agreement, even though I was well outside the 30 days.
And want to give a little background of how I managed it and what to expect for anyone wanting to do the same.
Stick by your guns, Sky will happily move you back to Q if you keep the Glass TV, but if like me you wanted rid of it, you will have to keep at them as they as you can return it if it's faulty or not fit for its job.
There is a team at Sky who can do this, but it's hard to reach them.
Be warned when they do agree to take Glass back they will cut your Sky service at that point and then you'll be without Sky until you can arrange Q.
I had to only wait a week to have Q installed, they won't send you the kit and you will need a engineer, however if you still have your old box they can set it back up for you.
Also you'll get another account number.
They no longer have the 2TB box so you might end up with a lesser box then before.
I've spent hours on the phone to Sky, but glad I did.
Believe in better, don’t settle for mediocre.
