Hello,
My sky box / sky card has suddenly stopped working. It was working fine and this morning it had stopped working.
I have followed the instruction on sky.com
- forced a software update
- re-paired the sky card with the sky box (this is an old style sky+ box, not Sky Q)
- after pairing the card I get the message "To watch this channel press (red button) or visit skyviewinghelp.com for more information"
- I press red button and eventually get the message "It looks like we are having a problem with your request.... Please visit Sky.com or call us on....."
Any idea what could be the problem. Could the sky card be faulty.
