Sky Broadband - intermittently losing connection

Hi, ive been on the website followed the steps, tested my connection, Sky seem to have made it impossible to log a ticket now. 3 times in the last couple of weeks ive lost internet connection on all devices for 5 or 10 mins, im not sure if its the wifi router or not thats the issue, never had a problem before, can anyone help please? Im a little worried my connection might get worse. I do the tests through the website, reset the router, power it off and on again etc and then the internet comes back, Im not sure which bit is working. Has anyone any ideas please?

@AndrewandTraceyWhat happens when you run the broadband test? This can be done mobile data on the Sky app or use the link below.
