Sky Atlantic

Hi, I was able to view Sky Atlantic on channel 108 with no problems until this morning.  When I go into the channel the message I am getting the following message 'Please ensure the correct viewing card is inserted' I've done all the technical things, turning of at the wall taking the card out etc but I am still getting the same message.  I can view on channel 808.  Any tips on how to get this channel back on 108.  Regards Christine

Is Ch 108 HD or SD

Also do you have the Sky Q HD add on pack?

 

Try refreshing your Viewing card.
Home - Settings - System info.
Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side.
Then select Use this option to trigger a callback
