Sim problems

I Recently took out a new contract for my daughter, I already have 1 for my wife and my son for some reason the phone has arrived but it won't let me activate the sim, ive followed all the steps but the new plan isn't there it only gives me options to manage my wife and my sons ive looked at the future billing and the new charge hasn t even been added it's as though I've been given a phone for nothing 🤷🏼‍♂️

Does the account et you order anew sim plan seperatley, that may be the option.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Try logging into the app or Sky website with the same details that you used when placing the order.

Tried both I don't want to order another sim my sky app should recognise the extra device it doesn't it's very strange

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

It's ok I've sorted it they opened them up in a new account sims been cancelled and phone being sent back
