Signature image

Hi 

I had an text box image that I used a default signature, which appeared when I wrote a message.

It contained my club logo & my contact details. (shown below) It has suddenly disappeared, it won't accept it in the setting under the  "writing emails" facility. If I cut and paste it shows as an "inline image" why has this just started to occur? it's very annoying!

What is a "text box image" You can have text or an image but I don't think you can combine them, unless they are imbedded in another format such as .doc. The signature you show is just a .png image.

Just the image all in one, used it for years. Now the system won't recognise it.

I've tried cutting & pasting it back in, and it won't work???

You are correct, it won't accept an image in the signature box. Have you always used the webmail or were you previously using an app/client?

Webmail, but why has it suddenly stopped accepting the image in the signature box?
