Sky VIP not working

My sky VIP doesn't seem to allow me to access as normal from the my sky app? I've never had the problem before? Anyone know why? Thanks

I click the sky VIP star button on my app and usually it just loads all the offers but now it shows a screen telling me to click to join VIP and then opens a screen saying I'm unable to join... why is this even asking me to join when I have VIP platinum and used to just click the star button and go straight into it??? Very odd?? Any ideas? Thanks

I suppose you have tried deleting the app so that you have to sign into it again when you install it again ?

Just done re-install and clicked the VIP star button and just says same screen telling me to join?!? So strange. Very confusing-any further ideas? Hopefully someone from tech support will answer or resolve it so I can see my platinum VIP again soon...
