Just so you know - we're customers here, you're not speaking directly to Sky.

If there are no lights on your Sky box, first check the fuse in the plug, and try plugging in to a different mains socket.  Make sure the cable is fully pushed in at the box end. If there's still no light, I'm afraid the box has died and will need replacing.
