Mini Wireless Connector does not give access to Catch Up or films. Power light not on when plugged into Sky HD+ box but does when tried in USB port of my PC so is working OK. Nothing has changed to affect the Connector from working, it just stopped. Tried the red button reset with no luck. Where now please?

I would have thought that suggest it's the USB port on the Sky+ box that is faulty.

@GastonsMum only the more recent Sky+HD boxes work with a mini connector. What is your Sky box Version No. if you go to Services > Settings > Details.
