Yes I had forgot that however you have to make sure you get the 4K ones as there are loads of cheaper ones about that do not work with the Q LNBs.
Agreed. But if access to the dish to change the LNB is difficult, then you can still use the Q's wideband LNB with older freesat receivers by using something like the Johansson 9725. Often easier than changing the LNB.

Hi there, whilst Channels 683 (Create and Craft TV) and 684 (Create and Craft TV Extra) are both on Sky, Channel 673 (The Craft Store) is not available, even though all my searching on the web confirms that it is on Channel 673 on Sky ...... why is this channel blank when you go to in on Sky?

Many channels available on Sky +, Sky+ HD and Sky Q distributed by satellite broadcast are not available on Sky Glass which requires the channel owner to provide an internet data stream.

An alternative way of watching them is an Apple TV box.
they have the streaming apps for QVC, Ideal World, Create & Craft, Hochanda and several more shopping channels.
CEX sells the 1st gen 4K boxes from about £60, or 1st Gen HD box from £50.
keeps all the extra cables away, plus have the additional apps not on glass like BT Sports, BritBox, Apple Store Library and My5 etc..
