@pjhaahl On Amazon: 7 seasons of The Shield available on APV, one of the grittiest cop dramas ever made. Also on APV are 2 seasons of Hanna based on the film of the same name. I've seen S1 & it's very good, available in UHD with a S3 on the way. Then there's The Marvelous Mrs Maisel which I can't praise highly enough... oh go on, I can... it's absolutely brilliant. 3 seasons here in glorious UHD.
On Netflix: Snowpiercer, also based on the film of the same name is worth watching, 2 seasons available so far. The Haunting of Hill House & its sequel, The Haunting of Bly Manor are both suitably creepy. Great use of surround sound, too. If you want some off-the-wall, totally bonkers gory horror, you won't do much better than Ash vs Evil Dead, based on the Evil Dead films.

I would agree with @Chloe-W22 about Grey's Anatomy, quite a binge with 16 seasons & still going. Bit of a guilty pleasure this one.
