Satelite signal

Hi there my sky box have no satellite signal at all and I've tried all troubleshooting online and stil not working . Been advised to upgrade to sky q which I have tried numerous times and I cant be upgraded due to the council not carrying out the work needed to have it installed as I have a communal aerial.  I dont know what to do at the minute any help would be appreciated . Thanks

If your experiencing a loss of signal and you've checked out the online help and still no success. Your using a shared communal dish, your next step would be to get in touch with your landlord/building management team who maintain the communal TV system. They will be the people most likely to fix this issue.
