Whilst watchomg a programme through Sky, the programne cuts out for about 10 seconds then comes back on, this is happening constantly.

What are the Signal Strength/Qualities in the Sky Box setting when it's tuned to an affected channel?

The signal and quality strength is good, happens on all channels, also its a new Sky box.

Call sky if it's new as that is not normal
