SKY+

Any idea why i am being charged for Sky+ when i am no longer a sky customer? Currently run my TV through Virgin

@Richard+H1971  As we are all customers then no, we don't know why you're being charged for Sky +  You did cancel your Sky services before you went to Virgin Media, you would need to have given 31 days notice.

 

If you just signed up to Virgin Media then I'm afraid that in itself would not cancel Sky+

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Richard+H1971  Do you by any chance have a sky + hd linked upto a second tv and use that to record/playback non subscription channels? if so that could be why your seeing a sky+ subscription charge (£10pm?)
