@zanedonovan  I'm afraid there is little the forum can do as we don't have account access, have you followed the correct process to claim your switch credit?  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@zanedonovan Sky offer to reimburse up to £100 for broadband/phone services and up to a further £100 for TV, so a total of £200 if you have both.

When did you submit your bill and proof of payment to the Switch Credit team? If it's less than a month ago, it's probably yet to be processed.

Re: Refund

Also just making sure you submitted official bank statement PDF's as they cannot accept any other format or screenshots from a banking app.

Thanks

First bills are higher due to the in advance charging and periods covered.  Check your future bills.

And you can't go straight to the ombudsman until you've exhausted the providers complaints procedure.

But then again you're just telling other customers here.  Give Sky a call to resolve your issues but it would be unusual to cover such a large early termination charge.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
