SKY VIP Giveway

There does not appear to be a title to which the query relates so I am trying sky accessibility.

 

I'm a Sky VIP Platinum member and have recently been sent a free ebook to download with Google Play.  When I use the unique code to obtain the gift it advises that the code has been used.  I have tried to spea to Sky about this as I have been unable to obtain any advice from the site but there does not appear to be a department that deals with this issue.  Can anyone advise?

@MargoN mistakes do get made especially on these types of offers. If customer services cannot help you are stuck as Sky do not normally have direct contact points for the VIP scheme unfortunately
