Diamond VIP - Any Value?

So being a Diamond VIP customer, hence a lot of money spent - multiple devices - loyalty, what do we actually get that is different? I get equipmet costs Sky money but to be quoted £50 for an additional Sky Mini with no offer of discount/free feels a bit harsh. Or am I expecting too much?

Hi @JulesH71 

 

There was a time where as Diamond VIP customers phoning through to Sky directly from the MySky app - we got straight through but I think even that has been suspended due to Covid. 

I guess the problem is there are probably several million Diamond VIP customers - so anything they give us will cost them ... millions

Probably, yes.  Sky don't earn any more income from Mini boxes after the first one as the Multiscreen monthly subscription doesn't increase (unlike Multiroom on Sky+) so the hardware is an absolute cost to them.
