Returning opened phone
Hi guys, I'm just wondering if you can return a opened phone within the 14-31 day period (not sure which) for a different one?
It's a new contract and not sure if I'd like the handset so don't want to open it if I can't send back.
any help greatly appreciated
mucho gracias 😊

Re: Returning opened phone
@Eddddiieeeee
You need to ring Sky who will explain the returns process to you. If you aren’t in the initial 31 day cooling off period you may not be able to return it without incurring charges. It might also be a good idea to take a couple of photos of the device before you return to prove it wasn’t damaged externally.

When ordering another one you would be credit checked again.
