Unpaid query
Hi,
I have an unpaid amount on my March bill that says it was due to come out today but i can confirm i have the funds in my account and it hasn't attempted to be taken from my account. It seems my 4G is affected due to this , it says it's carried to April bill but i'm confused why it hasn't come out today?
Please advise
Thanks

Re: Unpaid query
If it is saying it is going to be carried over then this is something you would need to ask of Sky Support as we are unable to say why it was not taken today. 150 is the free number to use.
