Cancelled my sky broadband in October. However I never received packaging to send back the router and cables, and also have just received an email to say I'm about to be charged. I've tried calling but can never get through. I would send back in the old box but I don't have it anymore. Can anyone help?

I am currently unable to call as my home phone has broken and my phone speaker is busted. Is there any way I can do an online chat
