Returning Sky Equipment

Cancelled my sky broadband in October. However I never received packaging to send back the router and cables, and also have just received an email to say I'm about to be charged. I've tried calling but can never get through. I would send back in the old box but I don't have it anymore. Can anyone help?

You can print off the labels for the returns by clicking here and use any suitable box to package up. Please keep the proof of postage!

I don't have a printer and don't know anyone who has one either

You will have to find a way to phone Sky about this so they can get the packaging sent out to you, Qieter times to call are after 9pm or when the phone lines open at 7am.

I am currently unable to call as my home phone has broken and my phone speaker is busted. Is there any way I can do an online chat
