Returned sky box still charged.

I returned my sky mini box months ago and have been charged £77.50 today for non return.

Please could this be corrected ASAP.

We can alert Sky and they may be able,to help via  private online messaging, or if you could call, which may be quicker.

Online messaging isn't real time, and there are likely to be delays between Sky's responses. Let us know which you prefer.

If you have proof of posting that will help.

Messaging is  probably be best.

Unfortunately  I no longer have the proof of postage as it was a good few months ago.
