Hi,

my remote was not working on my sky Q box,so I did the usual of pressing 1&3 and 7&9,and turning it off at the mains etc,etc...got through to sky and they said I needed a new remote,purchased new remote as didn't want to wait for new one.....so this remote still doesn't work the box,red light flashes on remote but doesn't do anything else.sky Q box lights are working and I can turn it on and off..
