Remote control of tv and sky together

Hi, just bought a new remote control. Paired it with tv fine. My old remote I enabled it to switch the tv and sky+ box on or off together at the same time. I can't remember/find the tip which tells me how to do this? Anyone remember??

Does this help:

Press TV
Hold Select and 6 (you'll see two blinks)
Press Select

And to stop the remote from doing this:

Press TV

Hold Select and 6 (you'll see two blinks)
Press Select
