Hello I am trying to contact sky and can not . I want to cancel my sky package .

My sky package has not been working for some months now . Every time I get the recording working it just stops recording again. Can you please get someone to contact me to organist cancelling my payment . Thank you

This doesn't sound like a Sky Yahoo Mail problem. If you wish to cancel, give Sky a call and give the 31 days notice required.

What box do you have @Callie.+Dog , Sky+ or Sky Q so we can move this to the corrext forum for you to get some help.

Have you tried a planner rebuild:


Press Services on your remote

Select Help

Select Sky+ Rebuild


This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something.
