Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can help me please? My bill was paid late but its all clear now ( payment taken from my account, and balance show 0.00) but my mobile services still haven't been reinstated. I cannot find any other way to contact Customer Service than to call them but my mobile is the only phone I can use to do so and at the moment I cannot make any calls. Any suggestions please? Xxz

Hi. Thanks for the advice. I haveset up my direct debit again with bank details just to be on the safe side. It says that it might take up to 24hrs to restore the services. Saying this, did it yesterday and till today-still nothing
