Broadband payment

Hi,

 

Just a question why is my payment above 40 pounds ? I've been told that the new broadband payment will be around 32 pounds if I'm correct.

@JayBoris You’re talking with other customers on here as it’s primarily a customer helps customer forum and Sky won’t necessarily contact you as the result of your post on here.

 

Your first couple of bills after a change in subscription are generally higher because of the periods of cover. This link will help explain

@JayBoris Where have I said that? As we are customers we have no access to your account or bill. Check your current bill, and then the next couple of bills and compare them to the last couple.

@JayBoris  I would do to read the replies from your fellow customers properly and understand that you are not talking to Sky, we are all customers here, like you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Alright, thanks, It's just weird, I've got a deal for 32 pounds, before xmas. And now it says that I need to pay 41pound. I'll try to contact sky and deal with it.

@JayBoris If you are a new Broadband customer as your first post suggested you should read the link I posted about your first couple of bills being higher. That may save you a call to Sky.
