Reinstate multi room a few days after subscription ceased

I recently recontracted & due to v high cost of tv & broadband I elected to drop sky Multiroom & golf. We had Multiroom on a £6pm deal & golf on £10. Couldn't justify the £15 & £18 charges for each!

anyways.. my 31 days are now up so my mini box is switched off the service but I don't have the packaging sent out to return yet. There is now a £10pm deal in Multiroom I am considering however they want £50 set up!! I still have the box, surely that shouldn't apply as it must just be pressing a few buttons to reactivate..?

I cannot get through to speak to a human as their automated service doesn't seem to allow for questions that don't fit the mould.. will I be able to reactivate at just the £10pm cost & waive the set up fee? If the answer is no to that it can all go back.. many thanks in advance..

Hi @Ali-Bali

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

Once you get through ignore all recorded messages and wait for an agent.
