Regular disconnect
Hello there,
I had a good and long time without disconnecting, but last month it regularly drops, almost every day at a different time of the day. The router disconnects for 2-3 minutes and then connects back after a minute, or two connection drops again; this repeats two to three times in the day. Then on a random day, it repeats. As I have two people who are working from home, connection stability is critical to us.

Re: Regular disconnect
@Aigar If you post your router stas the forum can help identify the issue https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717
Are all the users connecting via wifi? if so this cooule be the issue, posting your router stats would tell us if you are getting broadband drops or whether it's a wifi issue.
As you on a domestic broadband package any faults identified would take up to 5 working days to be resolved, regardless of working from home, from being reported to Sky.

Re: Regular disconnect
Also try running the Sky Broadband test and if there is a fault outside your property you are often offered the ability to book an engineer;
https://www.sky.com/mybroadband
You can also run this test via the MySky app or your Mysky account page online under the Broadband section.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.

Re: Regular disconnect
@GD1and @lettice
Many thanks for your answers.
There everything is OK with my outside line or WIFI connection's drop was indicated by lights on my router. Mostly I lost connection in a moment when a larger amount of going to be uploaded to the Internet. I mean photoshop workflow or similar things. Sure, it happens randomly too without any reason.
I can't upgrade my connection as I have as maximum as possible in my area.
Looking for a business package maybe will be a good idea.
Thanks for your time
Aigar
